1. Bunch or Red and White that include full part of stigma and lower parts of stigma.
2. In terms of quality, pooshal saffron ranks second . the main part of pooshal saffron is stigma and it has little part of the white parts of stigma
3. White saffron is the White part of stigma and root of saffron that has more scent and less color.
4 All-Red Saffron is the best type of saffron that only includes red stigma of saffron.
